[qa-dev] Can I install Open Office 2.3.1?

Issue:  I would like to reinstall Open Office 2.3.1.  The new 2.4 version 
has converted all my files into WordPad documents.  2.4 only allows me to 
select from 4 format file types when I >File> Save As.  The drop down 
choices only include RTF Rich Text Format/ Text Document/  Text Document - 
MS-DOS format/ Unicode Text Document.  I need to be able to save in a .doc 
format that is more compatible with the software (usually Microsoft Word) 
that my editors/publishers are using.  Open Office 2.3.1 allowed this. 
Help!
