I will upload additional 3.0.0rc4 installation sets within the next
days. Sun usually provides builds as full installation sets where at
least 80% user interface and 80% helpcontent have been translated.

The language code for Arabic is AR and there is no build for it. I only had a
RC4 build for MacOS
but nothing else.
