I started testing OOo 3.0.1 (m14) Hungarian and linux version, with
options Screenshot=1, it creates for other modules of OOo screenshot
in work directory, the main reason using this test to check
translation strings on UI dialogs. We has ~2500 mis translated or
messed up things with OOo 3.0.0.
Results I uploaded to QUASte.
Base cat0 tests not creating screenshots, all other parts of OOo
creating it, nearly all of dialogs.
Hm, some screenshots should also created in the Base application. The
dba_Main.bas should create some screenshots for the database
properties dialogs.
I not good in script writing and first time try to use testtool on m14.
I looked around and found in
http://qa.openoffice.org/files/documents/77/3247/essen2006testtool2.pdf,
that the .bas file needs invoke
global/tools/includs/required/t_tools1.inc, and it not find it in .bas
or in .inc files.
Can be scripts changed to support screenshots?
Yes, for each dialog you want a screenshot you need to add the command
call DialogTest(<Dialogname>)
as you can see in line 393 in file
testautomation/dbaccess/required/includes/DatabaseTypes.inc
I found them in scripts.
