It's the limitation of TCM. I've made user 'sr_trans' with SQE role. "OpenOffice.org - Office Suites(3.1)" contains test cases for l10n testing of 3.1 new features only. The builds we target for 3.1 l10n testing is localization35 CWS itself. (not OOO310_m2) And it's not uploaded on download server yet. I or someone else will let this alias know when they are ready to download.
