I am shouting! :)

#99313: localization35: "sh" Installation Preparation is not localized
        http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=99313

Serbian Latin (sh) Installation Preparation is not localized in cws localization35 but translation is present in integrated SDF. Native
OpenOffice.org MSI installer is localized.

#99316: localization35: Serbian (sr and sh) unistallation wrong codepage
        http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=99316

Serbian Cyrillic (sr) and Serbian Latin (sh) unistallations uses wrong
codepage and text is not readable. As unistall can finish without user
input, and most users won't see it anyway ;) I don't see this one as
blocker but it will be nice if we can solve it in the future.

thank you for reporting the above issues.
Question: Where should I mark these localization35 cws builds as
APPROVED after doing Sanity check? I can not find them in QATrack.
In QA Track you should approve Release Candidate builds after sanity check. As for l10n builds it's important to provide feedback and to tell us simply GO that we can go ahead.

Thanks,
Rafaella
