@James McKenzie -- thanks for your invitation to write you privately re this, I did so but your earthlink account rejects mail from my domain & then required me to fill in a web form when I tried via my gmail account. I filled in the form. The two addresses in question are the one I use for this list, [email protected], and also [email protected]. Kindly check your earthlink mail for my message, thanks!

Hi all --

For the first time this past week I made a reasonably complex document in Writer. I have to say it worked beautifully, and the export to pdf with auto-bookmarks is really sweet.

THANKS to all you Mac porting propeller-heads :-)

I had run some tests on 3.01 on my PPC, and the remainder of the tests on that version (I did not hve time to get to Base, just did sanity) are still sitting there in my "Update Results" list.

I notice (by going to the OOo home page and attempting to download) that 3.01 is not yet released as final for PPC, and I just want to ask:

-- I will have some time again next week ... should continue testing with the version I've got (m15, build 9379)?

-- is there somewhere I can reference whether the m#/build# I have corresponds to my test assignment? It just says "3.0.1 RC" when I log into run tests. How or where can I tell whether I'm using the right build?

-- Is there one particular individual leading Mac QA whom I can direct these noob questions to directly/privately?

thanks!
