[qa-dev] Document recovery - OOo-dev 3.2

Using dev300 m48.
On start-up I am getting the Document Recovery dialog even though the
previous instance was apparently successfully closed. I'm not sure if this
happened with m47 too but it's been happening every time without exception
in m48. Checked qa and no bug has been posted so thought I'd try the devs
out first.
