Confirmed.
Its about the XStorable.storeToURL() Filter "writer_pdf_Export" ignores "ExportFormFields"-value which will cause macros are unable to store plain PDFs when form elements are present - it will always a PDF-Form stored. Issue was assigned to "akhva" - whoever this is - and nothing happened since then.
