While testing OOo 3.2-RC2 an Italian user found this bug: http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=108521
With number recognition disabled, numbers pasted with "Paste Special" in a Writer table are lost on save and turned into "0,00" when you reopen.
It's data loss but not a regression, since it happens in 3.1.1. Though, I wonder if it only happens in very specific cases or if the issue h as a broad scope and is worth investigating now.
