With the work Helge did, it should be possible to add a new similar
Joomla component to the QUASTe implementing TCM v3.

Sure, I would love that. We should start from documenting current TCM
work flow for various types of users (test writers, testers, l10n
leads,...).

Is it also possible to create automated tests for testing L10N with VCL
TestTool too, comparing messages from the supplied SDF with the messages
in the build through all Cat 0 tests? 

I believe this will save us from a lot of manual checking and give us
more time for quality assurance, possible on the same auto generated
screen shots.
