Hi,
the name "*Testproduct" lead in the past to many issue which where meant
to be real issues, maybe it'd be a better way to use a name like
"TestIssueTracking" to make thing more clear to everybody,

Greetings,
I recently wasted a developer's time by entering the same issue twice.
Is this the right place to question the instructions that led me into
that mistake? Is there somewhere else I should go?
The page "Enter issue" <http://www.openoffice.org/issues/enter_bug.cgi>
says of component *Testproduct
New to IssueTracker? Please select this component if you want to
learn how to submit and comment on issues. Do not use this
component for real issues.
I took this as an invitation to experiment, and I used the opportunity
to check that the way I was typing the problem description would
preserve reasonably well the layout of the message box that I wanted to
report. This created issue 109177. I liked the result, so promptly
created issue 109179 against component Word processor.
Now, I see that I have wasted the time of rainerbielef...@openoffice.org
to deal with 109177. And he must have taken the time to run a query to
find the duplication, because I did nothing to link the two.
I do not know what *Testcomponent is, but it seems not to be for the way
I used it.
Thank you for your attention.
Cheers,
Terry.
