you are trying to install 2 products with the same name (OOo-Dev) which
is not possible. Or at least not quite easy. You also cannot install
releases like 3.1.1 and 3.2.0 in parallel, too.
Sorry, I should have been more clear. I work as described here:

So have n versions of OOo installed.
But, e.g., 3.1.1 (OpenOffice.org) and OOO320_m14 (OOo-Dev) is possible
because of the different product names.
