It looks like your browser did some charset conversion and component_*.txt in new Report Builder are in corrupted UTF-8 now: http://dodaj.rs/f/d/uB/3WVIwkzX/oooreportbuilder320.png description.xml is ok. I set up HTTP UTF-8 charset header to be sent now and added tarballs with same file content at http://ooo.matf.bg.ac.rs/OOO320_m18/ Serbian localization for Presentation Minimizer is also available.
