There was a problem with the global roles in the old infrastructure (like the global "canconfirm" role, which effectively granted the privilege to edit all bugs). Only project-local roles were properly migrated, the global roles were not. Assuming that you had the canconfirm role, this would be the reason why after the migration, you did not have the privileges anymore. The problem should be fixed meanwhile, means you (and all other affected people) should have the privileges, again. If not, please report back.
