Workaround 1 - Search a nonexistent word
1. http://openoffice.org/bugzilla/query.cgi?format=advanced
2. Fill the Summary text box with a word xxxxxx.
3. Click on the Search button.
4. After "No bugs were found." appears, it becomes fine.
