I renamed 1.11 to 1.10.1 in JIRA. That is the simplest way to do a
change like this. I haven't released 1.10.1 in JIRA yet, see below why.

After that I created a new version called 1.11. This is currently empty.

A look at the road map

shows that there is still one issue open (QDOX-192) for 1.10.1. Has this
been fixed or should it be pushed to the next version?

Also there are a few issues in 1.10.1 that are Resolved but not Closed.
Shall I bulk close them?
