Andrea Gazzarini resolved QPID-1606.

Resolution: Fixed
A set of WS-DM related examples are now under a dedicated "examples" folder.
Note that as I told you previously there's a lot of code duplication between
each of them.
I'm talking about the executeExample() method which contains the core logic of
each example.
