Another possibility... Go to 0.5, 0.6, etc. until a version is done
that supports AMQP 1.0 and that is Qpid 1.0.

versions and spec versions. Else
what does it mean if we go to 2.0?
i.e. if we went 0.5 0.6 etc, going 1.0 should NOT be tied to spec
version in my view
