Thanks to Rafi & Rajith for adding their items into M5.

On the C++ side, it looks like Gordon's task for QPID-530 is the only item
for M5. I can't imagine that's correct ?

If this is correct, I'd propose we descope the C++ component from the M5
release plans and work around the Java/QMan packages.
