When run as part of the test suite this fails with:
junit.framework.AssertionFailedError: References exist before start!
expected:<0> but was:<5>
at
org.apache.qpid.server.queue.SimpleAMQQueueThreadPoolTest.test(SimpleAMQQueueThreadPoolTest.java:39)
run on it's own it passes. Hurrah!
