'Next' and 'Previous' type buttons are in the wrong order for areas providing

In areas such as ViewUsers and ViewMessages, the buttons for providing Next and
Previous type functionality are in the wrong order. This is confusing, even
more so when paired with the First and Last type buttons also provided.
