The reloadSecurityConfiguration() method in ConfigurationManagement should
have an mbean operation annotation instead of an attribute annotation.
The ConfigurationException caught in the handle() method of
ServerConfiguration, we should possibly log some output to signal this failure
(unless the section raising the exception already has? or blown up? :)).
