RC3 includes two changes from RC2: - Fix to the qman startup scripts - Change to the Java Broker config.xml file to improve the OoB experience. I ran Rat on RC2 which looked good to me. The log file was stripped by the mailing list so can mail it direct to those that are interested today but will re run on RC3 and upload the file along side the release artefacts. I am happy with the testing performed on the Java packages but have not had any feedback on the state of the other packages.
