A new set of functionality for QMF is being added.
In the first drop, a wrappable set of C++ libraries for ResilientConnection,
QMF Console, and QMF Agent will be added.
"Wrappable" means that the core of the function is implemented in C++ but thin
bindings are supplied for users. The initial bindings shall be Ruby, Python,
and C++.
