Earlier this week I asked where people thought a Qpid C++ 0.5
installer for Windows should be hosted. There was positive feedback
about hosting it at qpid.apache.org, but that required a vote.

In case you'd like to see what you're voting for, the installer is
available now at http://www.riverace.com/qpid/qpidc-0.5.msi

So here's the vote:

- Do you support hosting the qpidc-0.5.msi file, a native installer
for a pre-built Qpid C++ for Windows, at qpid.apache.org?
Steve,

Can you sign the release. There are details here of how to:

http://www.apache.org/dev/release-signing.html

I'm +1 for us hosting the binaries.

However, until we have signed binaries that we can verify my vote would be:

-1

I had separated my vote, to yes we should host, but we need signed binaries to vote to be posted.

If the vote is on the binary, then the vote obviously needs to be

-1

as Martin has done.

I suggest, restarting a vote with final signed binaries to remove the confusion

Carl.
