I'm not sure but I think LICENSE/INSTALL/README may be considered
standard filenames for Apache projects.
...but obviously if there *are* any strict rules around this then
the
fix and the change would need to be backed out. (I would be a little
surprised if README.txt wasn't considered valid though).
Right - the reason this was changed is to make the examples README
open more directly via Windows Notepad - it's assumed that the
examples README will be high on the list of beginners scanning for
what to look at first.
If this is a problem, please let me know.
