New list views in MC should allow multiple selection

The jmx_mc_gsoc09 branch MC has a great new feature that provides table lists
of data. It would be great if the these list views would allow multiple
selection.
In the LoggingManagement window this could allow several loggers to be set to a
new level at the same time.
In the UserManagement panel multiple selection should be allowed so that they
may be bulk deleted or have access rights bulk set.
In the VirtualHostManager multiple selection would allow for bulk deletion.
In the Exchange,Queue,Connection sections this would allow for builk adding to
favourites.
