Set JMX Port in InVM configuration to allow InVM JMX Testing

Currently the InVM JMXPort takes its value from the configuration and gets port
8999.
However, the tests will use getManagementPort() as that returns the correctly
value for external tests.
When run InVM this returns 3326.
So update the config on InVM test to set jmxport to the value returned by
getManagementPort()
