The create-example-ssl-stores script does not explain its output.

Running the create-example-ssl-store script provides the following output:
$ ./create-example-ssl-stores.sh
Certificate stored in file <qpidBroker.cer>
Certificate was added to keystore
This is the output from keytool but the script finishes with an 'rm
qpidBroker.cer' the script contains a little more detail as comments however
it would be better if the script's output gave more guidance about what files
were generated and where they should be put.
