When there is no persistence provider, what is the expected behavior for Qpid when trying to declare a durable exchange or queue? I thought it was supposed to fail, but I have been seeing it succeed (C++ client and broker built from the trunk on Windows).
If we can confirm that this is not the expected behavior, I'll go ahead and file a JIRA for this issue. Thanks! --James B.
