I pulled down the BoostPro installer (1.35.0) and accepted all the defaults 
during the install.

At first I was using an env var.  How do I set it in the cache?  I tried 
editing the CMakeCache.txt file, adding:

BOOST_ROOT:PATH=c:\boost\boost_1_35_0

but no luck - still can't find BOOST_ROOT.

Well, I am the man that broke the Windows build via QPID-1899.  I don't want to 
do that again.
