Good work, I think the layout here is much better than the previous. I do agree with others though that the colour scheme isn't my ideal, either - I actually prefer the previous simple white and navy colour scheme (although you'd need a few more colours). In particular, the browns you've currently used don't have a great contrast with the black text.
