[C++] QPID-1984 - 0.6 Release Blocker ?

Could QPID-1984 possibly be moved down from blocker status, raised/updated
14th July. Anyone progressing this one ?

I think all of the other 5 blocker JIRAs for 0.6 are being worked on/should
be blockers.
