https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-2341 is a proposal to formally
identify code in the broker namespace that is "replication sensitive" for the
cluster and add assertions that will trigger if such code is called in an unsafe
context in a clustered broker. I'd appreciate thoughts, I'd l like to get it
right as it would be added to many broker classes.
