I created PDF and HTML for the current state of the Messaging API

In theory, this should tell people what they need to know to write
programs in C++, Python, or Java JMS.
Feedback would be great! If anyone hasn't picked up the new API or the
new address scheme, see if this tells you what you really need to know,
and let me know how to improve it.
