This patch provides a close approximation to the C++ hello_world.cpp version.
The sent and received messages are identical as seen by the broker.
One downside is that WCF client is not able to auto create the source queue and
it must be separately set up using the qpid-config tools. That will hopefully
be fixed in the 0.7 timeframe.
