There were two problems here.
1. The confluence pages from the Wiki were not present in archives/wiki. I was
not the person who set that part up initially, I am not sure if it was copied
over correctly but then messed up due to an interaction between svnpubsub and
rsync.
For now, all Wiki links now point to the CWiki site instead.
2. The C++ Messaging Broker Guide was broken in the PDF - the HTML is fine. I
don't think the other PDFs had this problem.
