Fix For: proton-j-0.33.9
When writing a frame, the frame writer moves the position ahead to leave room
for the frame header, then writes the frame performative and payload, and goes
back and fills out the header once the frame size is known. It should ensure
the position is reset if the process fails and no frame is written.
