I plan to push 0.7 to Fedora rawhide soon (possibly later today, or
early next week), so you should be able to get those specfiles once the
builds are ready (I'll email you again at that time with links).
The specfiles currently in Fedora are for 0.6 releases, but feel free to
take a look if you think they may help (latest srpm at
http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/qpid-cpp/0.6.895736/4.fc14/src/qpid-cpp-0.6.895736-4.fc14.src.rpm
