When deleting an HTTP/1 connector on an edge router the adaptor's links remain
bound to the service address.
This prevents the edge router from dropping the proxy links associated with the
adaptor, which results in messages being forwarded to the edge router for the
service that is no longer present.
To reproduce: configure an edge router with a connector to an http service.
Once the connection and links are established, delete the connector via
qdmanage. After the connection has been removed there is still a proxy link to
the service address on the edge router.
