Only client 0-10 session sync should throw any exceptions

The AMQSession_0_10 sync method should throw any exceptions that have been
caused, however the Session sync itself should only set the exception for
transfer to the client, not throw it. The test in ConnectionTest has been
modified to check for this behaviour (no exception stored before but present
after the call to sync).
