Messages generated by the protocol adaptors (I tested TCP and HTTP, not HTTP2)
do not include message annotations for trace and origin. Without these
annotations, loop prevention and multicast forwarding will not function
properly. This is likely to cause problems during topology changes and maybe
also in different circumstances.
