Fix For: 0.7
The MessageStoreTest is hard coded to run against certain implementations, it
should instead be configurable by the test profile to run against any store
implementation using the available interfaces.
Additionally, the test is currently all conducted in one large method, it
should be decomposed into a group of specific test methods for clarity.
