This feature is an API for the QMF client (console and agent) that is based on
the new C++ messaging API and uses the same pattern (pointer-to-impl) as is
used in the new messaging API (to achieve ABI-stability).
This client implements the proposed QMFv2 map-message-based protocol. It adds
no components or functionality to the broker as it is purely layered on top of
the messaging interface.
