JIRA is for development tasks around identified bugs, features, improvements
etc and not general questions, which should typically go to the users mailing
list. However...
This actually seems like a question about EAP rather than the client (which
doesnt appear to even be mentioned in the log at all), which isnt really
something I can help you with, so this isnt really the place to seek help
anyway.
About the most help I can offer is that I know there is an example of using the
Generic JMS Resource Adapter along with the client in Wildfly (which EAP is
based on) at https://github.com/amqphub/amqp-10-resource-adapter. Though I
expect you might need to use a newer EAP for some it to be entirely applicable,
since you appear to be using the original/ancient 7.0.0 release that will
probably be based on something much much older than the Wildfly the example
used.
