The base engine Sender supports the possibility of setting a custom tag
generator with the {{{}setDeliveryTagGenerator{}}}.
It would be helpful to expose the {{setDeliveryTagGenerator}} in the Client
Sender so that an application can choose an already implemented tag generator
(sequential or UUID) or a custom one depending on application needs and broker
implementation.
