With python-qpid-proton v1.37
I have clients connected to the qpid-cpp-server-1.39.0 listening to a queue and
waiting to consume messages.
If there is no message in the queue during some time (about 48 hours, very
roughly), new messages are not consumed by the client.
As a workaround, restarting the client solves the problem.
