The connect-config docs seem to have the same issue, going back further, e.g.
the oldest still on the site is:
[https://qpid.apache.org/releases/qpid-proton-0.32.0/proton/cpp/api/connect-config.html]
Its possible the issue is in the proton build, or could also be in the website
release update generation scripts, e.g for proton docs see
https://github.com/apache/qpid-site/blob/asf-site/scripts/gen-proton-release-docs
