It would be nice to be able to run all the in tree examples with an broker that
is in the proton source tree itself. Currently there seem to be 3 capabilities
needed for this:
* Anonymous relay
* Transactions
* Selector filters
Anonymous relay is a fairly simple thing to implement; transactions would be
the next simplest; selectors are somewhat complex and would need to parse an
entire language.
