WCF client crash with corrupted heap if c++ broker is not running

If and WCF client is trying to send a message and the broker is not available
the client will crash with the following error:
Unhandled exception at 0x77912913 in w3wp.exe: 0xC0000374: A heap has been
corrupted.
In the windows eventlog you will also find then the following entry:
